Auditing

Some Limited Companies, Charities and Clubs may be required to have an Audit carried out by law however, an Audit does not have to be just a statutory requirement and some Companies actually opt to have an Audit carried out.

The reason for this?

An Audit offers reassurance and gives confidence that your Annual Accounts provide a true reflection of the state of affairs within your Company. It can also provide an in depth look into the procedures within your Company and offer suggestions where changes could be made to maximise potential.

In respect of third parties an Audit can give additional credibility to the figures within your Accounts and provide additional confidence to lenders, creditors, shareholders and other stockholders.
