Payroll for free – how?

All businesses have one essential task in common - the need to prepare their employees pay.

This can be a time consuming and unproductive task, which is subject to a myriad of constantly changing employment issues. If you get it wrong, it can end up costing far more than it should.

A simple solution is to outsource all of your payroll needs to Payroll Human Resource Services Limited (PHRS) our new payroll bureau, where we can provide an easy to use, confidential and reliable payroll service.

By using electronic filing, small employers (less than 50 employees) can obtain cashback incentives from the Inland Revenue totalling £825 over the next 5 years. These payments can significantly reduce or even cover fully the payroll costs arising in this period.

PHRS produce management reports for your business and secure payslips for your employees. Each individual's net pay can be paid via BACs direct into their bank or building society account. The additional task of calculating and making Inland Revenue PAYE payments is also dealt with by PHRS through BACs. Why suffer from the headaches of calendar watching when someone else could help you meet those deadlines and qualify you for the Inland Revenue cashback payments.

At the end of the tax year PHRS will complete your P35 and P14 and produce the certificates P60s as required. These can then be filed electronically and the cashback obtained.

Once your payroll has been set up, all you have to do is send by email, fax or letter any changes to the basic pay because of overtime, commission, bonuses, expenses etc.

Even if your business is not small, our fully integrated service can remove the administrative cost and burden of payroll, giving you more time to concentrate on what you do best, running your business.

For an initial discussion or quote please call either Anne Bluh or Richard Mathews our Payroll Directors who will be happy to speak with you.
